Gee Gee retires!
Well Gee-Gee is a real grandma now…she is retired. She has taught elementary school for over 30 years. That’s a lot of kids. She even taught NBA player, Alonzo Morning, while he went to Chesapeake schools.
Ms Carter and friends threw Mom a party, I was the digital d.j., and with an ipod they did the electric slide and cha cha slide all night.

Congratulations Brenda on your retirement. I hope that you will get a chance to do all the things that you want to do. I witnessed the beginning of your teaching career and the end. Both of us are blessed. I am still on the journey; I will join you in 7 years if my health allows it.
Enjoy the time that you are spending with your grandchildren.
